Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "499bd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at 499bd.io, including all sub-pages, services, products, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by 499bd, whether as a registered account holder or as a non-registered visitor.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 499bd platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) funds held in a Player's 499bd Account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credits, and winnings where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live table game, crash game, or sportsbook market offered through the 499bd platform.
• "Services" means the full range of online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and ancillary account management features available on the 499bd platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳, which is the sole transactional currency supported by the 499bd platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 499bd before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-stamped records and communications by 499bd.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 499bd platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete account registration or, where registration is not required, from the moment you first access any feature of the 499bd platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with 499bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the provisions of a specific promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern in all other respects.

499bd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Eligibility

Use of the 499bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 499bd enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services. Age verification documentation will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any stage of account activity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of 499bd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate entities, syndicates, and groups acting through a single account are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 499bd or any of its technology partners, game suppliers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been granted.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or account restriction, whether imposed voluntarily or by the platform.
• You must not have had a previous 499bd Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money Services on the 499bd platform, each Player must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. Registration requires the provision of the following information, which must be truthful, current, and complete at all times:

• Full legal name, as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• Date of birth, confirming age of 21 or above
• Valid email address (used for account communications and password recovery)
• Mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) where applicable
• A secure, unique password chosen by the Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 499bd platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Document Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at 499bd's discretion at any point during account activity, Players may be required to submit the following documentation as part of the KYC verification process:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad/Rocket account showing the Player's name and mobile number)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the 499bd compliance team

499bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Submission of false, altered, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 499bd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 499bd does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the Player's account tier and may be adjusted upon request by contacting the support team.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically reflected in the Player's account within 5 minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers may take up to 2 banking hours.
• 499bd does not charge a fee on deposits; however, the Player's mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which 499bd accepts no responsibility.
• Players must deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are determined by account tier and are available on request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request under standard conditions. During peak periods or following large winning amounts, additional verification may extend processing time.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be released to accounts with outstanding identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where written permission to use an alternative method has been granted by the 499bd finance team.
• Any Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

499bd offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback arrangements, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players once only per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of Bonus Fund amounts only, unless the offer is a "matched deposit" bonus, in which case the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount may apply per the specific promotional terms.
• 499bd reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if 499bd has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive means, including the use of multiple accounts or the systematic exploitation of low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value unless and until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• 499bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and commenced wagering will be subject to the terms as stated at the time of opt-in.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and sportsbook markets offered through 499bd are provided by certified third-party game studios and data providers. The specific rules governing each game type — including pay tables, return-to-player percentages, side bet rules, and market settlement procedures — are available within each game or market interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. In the case of a casino game, a Wager is confirmed upon the Player initiating a spin, deal, or game round. In the case of a sportsbook market, a Wager is confirmed upon successful bet placement as evidenced by a bet receipt in the Player's account history.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market and are subject to change at 499bd's discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or data feed error that prevents a game or market from being resolved correctly, 499bd reserves the right to declare the relevant round or market void and return all stakes to the affected Players' accounts.
• Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with official competition results as reported by recognised data providers. Results based on protest, later official revision, or unofficial sources will not be used for settlement unless 499bd determines it to be appropriate in its sole discretion.
• Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures, are settled using ball-by-ball data from our primary sports data provider. Abandoned or suspended matches will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the 499bd platform under the same or different identifying details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any account process
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including but not limited to theft, fraud, or money laundering
• Engaging in or facilitating collusive betting, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain; any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors are considered void
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, including through the use of hacking tools, reverse engineering, or network packet injection
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or instructing a payment provider to reverse a completed deposit transaction after using those funds on the platform
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a family member, friend, or agent
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward 499bd staff or other Players via any communication channel

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 499bd platform — including but not limited to the 499bd brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 499bd or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 499bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 499bd content without prior written consent from 499bd.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any 499bd intellectual property — including screen captures of game interfaces, re-use of 499bd branding in third-party materials, or scraping of odds data — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data Protection

499bd is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data by 499bd is governed in full by the 499bd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you consent to 499bd processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the 499bd platform, whether planned or unplanned
• Any technical error, software defect, system failure, data loss, or network outage affecting platform availability or game outcomes
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile financial service operators
• Any loss of winnings resulting from an account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
• Any decision by 499bd to void a bet or bonus in accordance with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions
• Any action taken by regulatory or law enforcement authorities in connection with a Player's account or transactions

499bd's total cumulative liability to any individual Player in any circumstances shall not exceed the aggregate net deposits made by that Player to their 499bd Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 499bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

499bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 499bd will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will publish a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure continued awareness of the applicable rules. Continued use of the 499bd platform following the publication of any revised version constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revised terms. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 499bd arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith.

Players with a complaint or dispute should contact the 499bd support team at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the matter in writing. 499bd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

499bd will maintain a complete record of all account activity — including transaction logs, game history, and communication records — for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of account closure or last transaction, whichever is later, and will make this data available to support dispute resolution procedures.
